About Ciana
I'm one of those folks who has so
many different nationalities in my heritage that I simply
call myself an American. A writer of erotic
romance, I'm also an artist, photographer and
videographer. I live in North Carolina and Florida with
my honey-man and am, hand's down, the luckiest woman
in the world because I have a life I enjoy - every single
moment.

Ciana's Favorite
Things
My darling honey man. My
children. Most of my family. My Hussy Sisters. Writing,
art, photography, my job, running, biking, swimming, weight
training, hiking, exploring, traveling, reading, power tools,
tractors, bulldozers, horses, cowboys, music, laughter, people
who appreciate and enjoy their lives, people who are
compassionate and kind to others, children, animals
in general, sky watching, magic, mystery, science,
dancing, romance, watching the sunrise, watching the
sun set. Watching the moon rise, being at a
Shuttle launch and feeling the earth shake and just
being. And did I mention cowboys?

Ciana's Least Favorite Things
Cooking
(because I'm not good at it), going to the dentist, going
shopping, being around people who complain and whine,
people who hurt animals, people who are mean-spirited, little
dogs that bark all the time, snakes that fall from trees on
top of me, people who tend to everyone's business but
their own, not being able to find jeans that fit right
and anyone who doesn't realize what a blessing each day is.

Most Asked Questions from Fans
1. Are you going to write Caleb's story?
Oh yes. In fact, I just finished Caleb's tale and turned it into my editor.
As soon as I get the offical word on a contract, I'll post a notice.
2. Who's your favorite cover model?
All of them :)
3. What inspires your stories?
Life. People I've known, stories and legends I've heard, non-fiction books
are great inspiration as are documentaries. But the truth is, I don't know
where the tales come from. I just sit down and the computer and see what
happens. If a character, or characters want to channel a tale through me, I'm
all for it.
4. Will you ever do another book with a Native American hero like
Wyatt in Wyatt's Chance?
As a matter of fact, I have one of those in the works now?
5. What books are you currently working on?
I'm starting a new series and have two books in the works on it. It
will be sort of a sci-fi/paranormal series. I also have a book in
progress on a new cowboy series that I'm very excited about.
6. How do you feel about fans?
Why I love them! Let's face it, without fans we writers would be simply
writing stories to entertain ourselves. Having people enjoy my books is
what makes writing exciting and fulfilling. I love hearing from and meeting
fans and feel I owe each and every person who's bought one of my books a
great big THANK YOU!!
7. On your MySpace blog you write about a lot of unusual happenings in your
life. Why do you think these crazy things happen to you?
Just lucky, I guess. There are a lot of strange, whacky and funny things that
happen in life. Some people take an event and see the inconvenience, fear or
annoyance in it. I choose to look at things with a more humorous eye. Let's
face it, laughter is still the best medicine, so I look for the humor in life -
even when the laugh is on me :)
